ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 147, 148, 326, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.116 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused persons had alleged to way laid the defacto complainant and his brother and abused them with filthy language by showing deadly weapons and attempted to murder the defacto complainant and his brother. The defacto complainant made a complaint to the respondent police.

Hence, this petition has been filed. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner and the other accused persons chased the defacto complainant and attacked with knife in the head of the defacto complainant and had cut the little finger of the defacto complainant. Thereby, the defacto complainant sustained grievous injuries. He further submitted that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner.

5.Considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner and three previous cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 09/04/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
