ORDER
The present revision petition has been filed challenging the order passed in E.P.No.4 of 2014 in HMCMA.No.2 of 2010 on the file of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thirupathur, Vellore District, dated 04.03.2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instructions from the revision petitioner.
3. I am able to see that this Court, even by order dated 03.04.2025 had directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to verify if the petitioner is willing to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards full and final settlement.
4. Now the petitioner appears to be only protracting the proceedings and the learned counsel for the petitioner is also unable to assist this Court.

5. I have gone through the materials placed on record particularly the order of the trial court in execution petition in E.P.No.4 of 2014 in HMCMA.No.2 of 2010 on the file of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thirupathur, Vellore District, for return of jewellery.
6. Despite fair opportunity being granted by this Court to settle to value of the jewels in monetary terms, the petitioner has not chosen to avail the same.
7. In view of the above, this Civil revision petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
