ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Crl.OP.No.513 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition that the petitioner shall report the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.513 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the effect that the petitioner shall appear monthly twice, viz., on first and third Monday at 10:30 a.m, until further orders.
