Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioners on par with the corresponding categories of enrolled members of the Railway Protection Force with effect from the date of their appointment instead of from 28.10.2008 and pay all resultant arrears of pay to the petitioners.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the matter has been settled between the parties. Accordingly, the fixation of pay sought for by the writ petitioners have been granted and the grievances are redressed.
