ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action based on the petitioner's representation dated 31.12.2024 and 13.01.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the third respondent issued CSR No.50 of 2025 and it is pending for investigation.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 2nd and 3rd respondents submitted that the fourth respondent has not been cooperating with the investigation.

4. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent, and dispose of the complaint lodged by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 24.03.2025 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No Speaking/non-speaking order Lpp To
