This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 20.03.2015 in connection with C.S.R. No.238 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, in accordance with law. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondentState. 3.
On the petitioner's complaint dated 20.03.2015, the respondent police are conducting enquiry in CSR No.238 of 2015. 4.
On a reading of the petitioner's complaint, it is seen that the petitioner has not even stated the date on which the alleged incident had taken place. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an F.I.R. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
In the result, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
