This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to de-seal the premises of the petitioner which was sealed in the course of investigation in Crime No.248 of 2023. 2.The petitioner had already approached this Court in W.P.No.1061 of 2024 with a similar prayer and the said Writ Petition was dismissed by order dated 24.01.2024.
3.The same status continues even now and hence, this Court cannot pass a different order. The petitioner has to necessarily wait till the completion of the investigation and thereafter approach this Court. 4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above terms.
