Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records connected with the impugned order dated 22.03.2024 passed in CMP No.130 of 2024 by the Hon'ble Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpattu and to quash the same as well as the proceedings pursuant thereto and consequently direct the first, second and third respondents to provide an opportunity for the petitioner to present his case before taking any further action against the petitioner under the Act.
