ORDER
The defacto complainant has preferred the above Criminal Original Petition to cancel the bail granted to the accused.
2. This Court, by order dated 23.7.2013, granted bail to the respondent/accused on condition that the accused shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.567 of 2012.
3. The learned counsel for the first respondent/accused submitted that the first respondent /accused has complied with the above said condition imposed by this Court and the same has also been admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side).
4. The said submission is recorded.
5. Now, the petitioner/defacto complainant has come forward with this petition seeking to cancel the bail granted to the first respondent/ accused stating that the first respondent/ accused https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
threatened him in dire consequences after obtaining the bail.
6. It appears that the petitioner has not given any compliant so far with regard to the alleged threatening. The petitioner has given a petition dated 19.1.2015 to the Commissioner of Police, Vepery, Chennai - 600 007 requesting for transfer of investigation to the CB CID or CBI. In the said petition, the petitioner, in one line, has stated that the first respondent threatened him. The petitioner has not given any separate complaint with regard to the alleged threatening.
7. Even without giving a compliant, the petitioner has straightaway approached this Court for cancellation of bail. Therefore, the petition deserves to be dismissed. 8 .
