This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 464 days in filing the Appeal against the acquittal Judgment passed in Sessions Case No.07 of 2021, dated 14.08.2024 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court,

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I am inclined to condone the delay of 464 in filing the Appeal.

4. Considering the same, this Petition stands allowed.
