(ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY M.DURAISWAMY, J.) Challenging the notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, issued by the 4th respondent, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition. 2.The notice issued under Section 7 of the Act is only a show cause notice and the same cannot be challenged before any Forum.

3.It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has given his reply to the impugned notice dated 21.03.2022 on 02.04.2022. 4.It is needless to say that the 4th respondent has to consider the reply sent by the petitioner on 02.04.2022 and pass orders under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act. 5.In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
