ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Section 360 of IPC and Section 11 and 12 of the POCSO Act, in Crime No.Not Known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners seeking anticipatory bail for apprehending arrest in connection with the girl missing case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the case has been registered against these petitioners in connection with missing of 17 years old girl alleged to have been kidnapped by the second petitioner herein. The petitioners herein are two sons and their parents. He further submits that the girl is yet to be traced.

4. Considering the fact that missing girl is below the age of 18 years and her whereabout is not known, grant of anticipatory bail will not be conducive for their investigation in tracing the minor girl and hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to these petitioners.
