This writ petition was filed seeking for police protection in order to conduct the festival on 6.3.2024 and 7.3.2024 and this period is already over and therefore nothing survives in this writ petition.

2.In view of the above, if the petitioner wants to conduct festival at any future dates after 20th of April 2024, a fresh representation can be given to the respondents and the same shall be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law and the decision shall be informed to the petitioner. 3.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
