This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.05.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint dated 04.05.2016 given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.269 of 2016 for the offences u/s 279, 338 IPC and Section 134(a) and 134(b) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
