This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2801 of 2024 dated 09.02.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to continue to appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of 15 days and and thereafter once in a week at 10.30.a.m for three weeks and thereafter, the condition imposed on the petitioner stands relaxed.
