ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 A.M. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders as per the order dated 18.12.2024 in Crl.OP.No.31539 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 A.M. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.31539 of 2024 dated 18.12.2024 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 18.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police, Moolanur Police Station, Tiruppur District.
