ORDER

The petitioner / A3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 303(2) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.720 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is the second anticipatory bail petition.

3. The case of the prosecution is that, the petitioner committed a theft of Bike. Hence, the case.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, while opposing for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, reiterated the prosecution case and on instructions submitted that the petitioner has four previous cases.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is an habitual offender and has bad antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 10-03-2025 AT
