Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance'. 2.This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.2266 of 2023 of 2023, dated 25.8.2023.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and closed on 29.5.2024. A Copy of the report was also placed before this Court. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) further submitted that a further complaint was given by the petitioner based on which an FIR was registered in Crime No.265 of 2024 on 6.6.2024. A copy of the FIR was also placed before this Court. 4.In view of the above development, the respondent police is directed to proceed further in accordance with law.
