ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is to direct the respondent to register on the complaint dated 03.06.2016 given by the petitioner, and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Padmavathy against this petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.383 of 2015 and the same was closed on 18.07.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner has sent the present complaint dated 03.06.2016, against the said Padmavathy by post.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear in person before the respondent police along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 03.06.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
