Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for not complying with the interim order of stay granted by the Hon'ble High Court, Madras in W.M.P.No.3917 of 2024 in W.P.No.3626 of 2024 dated 15.02.2024.

ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the interim order dated 15.02.2024 passed by this Court in W.M.P.No.3917 of 2024 in W.P.No.3626, thereby granting stay for the transfer order.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the petitioner was permitted to join duty by the proceeding dated 08.04.2024. He also produced a copy of the letter dated 09.04.2024, sent by the second respondent in this regard.

At that juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not paid last two months salary and prayed for necessary direction.

The request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner will be considered at the time of final disposal of the writ petition. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed.
