2. C.M.P.No.5937 of 2026 has been filed to condone the delay of 5513 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent in the above Second Appeal.

3. C.M.P.No.5941 of 2026 has been filed to set aside the abatement of the above appeal.

4. CMP.No.5945 of 2026 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the first respondent.

5. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions. Accordingly, all the applications are ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
