To issue suitable/ necessary directions to allow Petitioners / stakeholders to participate in the meetings with the Learned Expert Committee in WMP.2278/17 in WP.No.574/14.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RANARAJAN NARASIMHAN, Advocate for the petitioner in person and of Mr.SU.SRINIVASAN ASG for 1 & 2 respondents and Mr.R.MUTHUKUMARASWAMY AG ASSIT BY M. MAHARAJA, (HR & CE ) Special Government Pleader for 4 & 6 respondents and Mr.R.VIJAYAKUMAR, Additional Government Pleader for the 3rd respondent the court made the following order:- The prayer made by the applicant is for necessary directions for the applicant and the other stakeholders to participate in the meetings.

We leave this issue open to the expert committee and if any request is made by any stakeholder, the expert committee would examine the same.
