Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Third Respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2019 and to take action against the unauthorized running of Eagle Ladies Hostel in Door No. 20/2, Crescent Road, West Shenoy Nagar, Chennai - 600 030. The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the Third Respondent to consider the representation dated 21.02.2019 made by the Petitioner and take action against the unauthorized running of Eagle Ladies Hostel in Door No. 20/2, Crescent Road, West Shenoy Nagar, Chennai - 600 030 by the Fifth Respondent. 2.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First to Third Respondents, on instructions, submits that the representation dated 21.02.2019 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by order Se. Mu. Na. Ka. No. 891/A4/2018 dated 27.09.2019 passed by the Second Respondent directing the closure of Eagle Ladies Hostel as no requisite licence under the Tamil Nadu Hostels and Homes for Women and Children (Regulation) Act, 2014, has been obtained by the Petitioner and a copy of the same has been produced. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition stands disposed. If any of the parties still have any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to them to work out their remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law.
