2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition 5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2129 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025 is relaxed.
