3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.427 of 2010 has been completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No.676 of 2015 before the Metropolitan Magistrate No.XI, Saidapet, Chennai.
