Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he has to appear before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P. No.9 of 2022 in Cri.O.P. No.20756 of 2021 dated 05.01.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.THIRUMALAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.9 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20756 of 2021 dated 05.01.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and the condition imposed while granting the Anticipatory Bail is relaxed in toto.
