Seeking leave to sue the 6th respondent, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2.Applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for declaration. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the suit property is situated within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and leave has been sought for on the sole ground that one of the respondents is residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and also considering the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
