ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned for appropriate relief. He also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the authorities concerned, in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
