Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.150 of 2019, pending before the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Sendurai, and the same was disposed on 25.03.2021 and he has also produced a copy of the E-Courts Status before this Court. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

2. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
