ORDER

The petitioner / A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC in Crime No. 1311 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/A1 along with other accused /A2 waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.6,500/- from his pocket at knife point and thus committed the aforesaid offence.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, while opposing for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, reiterated the prosecution case and on instructions submitted that the petitioner has six previous cases. He further submitted that there is no recovery from the petitioner/A1 and A2.

4. It is seen from the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner has six previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
