This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Crl.O.P.No.31712 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025 directing the petitioner/A1 shall report before the learned judicial magistrate No.I, Alandur on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31712 of 2024 dated 06.01.2025 that the petitioner/A1 shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders., is relaxed.
