This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents, not to harass the petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, this petitioner is a defacto-complainant in Crime No.616 of 2015 and that he was called by the respondent Police for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
enquiry.
4. In view of above, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the Police for enquiry and during enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondent Police.
