ORDER

This Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur to examine the unnumbered HMOP.SR.No.11939 of 2019 and to give a quick disposal. 2.A perusal of the notes reveal that the petitioner had been taken time to serve notice on the respondents on three separate occasions. Finally, notice was served and the respondent had entered appearance and he had taken time for filing counter on two separate occasions.

3.The learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur, may therefore to alleviate the grievance of both the petitioner and the respondents and put them them in a position to understand where they exactly stand with respect to the HMOP, hear the matter as far as possible on a day today basis and even if adjournment are to be granted, the learned Subordinate Judge, may grant a maximum number of three working days in between two adjournments and ensure that orders are passed deciding to number the HMOP or to reject the HMOP at the earliest. If the grant of adjournments are controlled in the above manner, there will automatically be quick disposal of unnumbered

HMOP.SR.No.11939 of 2019. This direction is to hold only the till a decision is taken either to number or not to number the HMOP. 4.If the learned Subordinate Judge takes a decision to number the HMOP, then it will take its normal course and no further directions are given for disposal of the said HMOP post its numbering. 5.With the above observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
