Learned counsel on either side agree that the appellant has died. No steps have been taken so far. Ms.R.T.Sundari, learned counsel for the appellant states that she has personally sent her staff to verify the legal heirs of the deceased, but he is unable to find out the details.

2. Hence, I am left with no other option than to dismiss this Second Appeal as abated. No costs.
