2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these miscellaneous petitions, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.29025 of and W.M.P.No.31265 of 2017 are restored accordingly, W.M.P.Nos.9994 and 9997 of 2023 in W.P.No.29025 of 2017 are allowed. No costs.
