O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant extension of time to comply with the condition that "the accused shall deposit a private witness batta of Rs.2000 each for two witnesses within two weeks to the Court then he shall take process to the said witness after payment, else, the opportunity will be lost" passed in C.C.No.2502 of 2016 on the file of learned IV Fast Track Court at George Town, Chennai.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an old person suffering medical complication and he had wrongfully assumed that the compliance of the condition is within a period of four weeks instead of two, petitioner is ready to pay the amount and the mistake is unintentional and only due to the aforementioned reasons.

3. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court is extended the time till 12.04.2019 to comply with the condition passed in C.C.No.2502 of 2016 on the file of learned IV Fast Track Court at George Town, Chennai, failing which this order shall stand automatically cancelled, without any further reference by this Court.
