CR.NO.474 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to deposit title deeds of the property worth of RS.1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Only) standing in the name of the petitioner or in the name of his relatives, by this Hon'ble Court dated 24.01.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.1304 of 2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.JOEL, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR. C. RAGHAVAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1304 of 2019 by an order dated 24.01.2019 to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/-[Rupees One Crore Only] to the credit of Crime No.474 of 2018.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1304 of 2019, by an order dated 24.01.2019 in Crime No.474 of 2018.
