The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 08.02.2016 made by the petitioner for transfer of permit from the name of V.Nallathambi (deceased) who was the previous owner of the stage carriage permit, in respect of route from Dharmapuri to Thanippadi, in favour of the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner giving representation to the respondent on 08.02.2016, the respondent has not considered yet.
3. Mr.A.Zakir Hussain, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent did not https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
receive the representation dated 08.02.2016, therefore, the petitioner may be directed to give one more representation to the respondent and in such a case, the respondent may be directed to dispose of the same within a stipulated time.

Having heard the submissions made on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer made in the Writ Petition, I give liberty to the Writ Petitioner to submit one more representation to the first respondent within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the representation submitted by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within 8 weeks thereafter.
5. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
