The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Additional District Munsif,

Cuddalore, to dispose of the O.S.No.336 of 2013 pending on its file at the earliest within a time frame.

ORDER

According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a suit in OS.No.336 of 2013 before the District Munsif Court, Cuddalore for permanent injunction, which is pending from the year 2013 without any progress. Therefore, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for early disposal.

2. During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner had filed an application in I.A.No.775 of 2013 for interim injunction and the same was allowed. Pending the suit, the revision petitioner has filed an application in IA.No.391 of 2017 stating that the above injunction order has been dis-obeyed, which is pending. Earlier, the revision petitioner has also filed another application in IA.No.804 of 2016 and the said application is also pending.

3. From the above, it is seen that already two applications are pending in the above suit. Hence, in view of the

fact that two applications are pending, this Court is inclined to direct the learned Additional District Munsif, Cuddalore to dispose of the applications in IA.No.391 of 2017 and IA.No.804 of 2016 within the period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and thereafter to dispose of the suit in OS.No.336 of 2013 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above observations. No costs.
