The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that in respect of the dispute between the parties to the writ petition on hand, a civil suit has been instituted and the same is pending.

2.Thus, the parties are at liberty to pursue the issue before the Civil Court in the manner known to law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
