J, Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the reason assigned in paragraph No.5 of the order dated 18.05.2019 has been wrongly stated and hence seeks for appropriate orders. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.
4.In view of the above submissions, the paragraph No.5 of the order dated 18.05.2019 is to be read as follows:
"The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on or before 18.03.2019 on his executing a bond with two local sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram and on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and further that the petitioner shall appear before the investigation Officer for interrogation whenever required and not to tamper with the witnesses either directly or indirectly in the meanwhile." 5.Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in Paragraph No.5 in the order dated 18.05.2019 and issue fresh order copy forthwith to the parties concerned, subject to the payment of necessary charges. http://www.judis.nic.in 16.04.2019 rna
