(CRIME NO.176 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for executing the sureeties as directed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P No.5826/2022 and on 14.03.2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.SUBHA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5826 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022 to furnish the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner herein has substantially complied the anticipatory bail condition, but while furnishing sureties there is a delay. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Taking note of the fact that he has already deposited Rs.75,000/- in the District Collector's Funds as directed by this Court. Time to furnish surety is extended till 20.04.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
