This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.892 of 2024 dated 14.02.2024 in Crime No.340 of 2023, on the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months.
