This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to furnish a copy of the enquiry report filed before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Puzhal, dated 12.09.2024.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR was registered initially under Section 174 of Cr.P.C., in Crime No.257 of 2023. After conducting an enquiry, the case was closed as 'further action dropped'. The closure report was also filed before the Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram and a copy has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government
