2.Thiru L.Pushparaj .. Respondents This case is listed today, by consent of learned counsel for both sides, this case is taken up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Mr.Karunanithi for Mrs.M.R.Dharanichander, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Mathan Raju for Mr.J.Kannan, learned counsel for the respondent are present. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties, they arrived at a compromise to settle the matter as follows:

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The writ petition in W.P.No.14914 of 2015 pending on the file of the High Court of Madras has been referred to the Lok Adalat for conciliation today.

2.The writ petitioner, the management represented by

Thiru.P.Jeevanantham Administrative Manager and the 2nd respondent assisted by the counsel are present before Lok Adalat today for conciliation. The writ petitioner has filed this writ petition for issue of writ of certiorari to call for the records connected with I.D.No.61 of 2011 on the file of the 1st respondent/II Additional Labour Court, Chennai and to quash the award dated 02.12.2014 made therein and to pass such further or order other as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper.

3. After great deliberation and discussion, both parties have compromised to the disputed claim at Rs.1,40,000/- in full quit of the claim of the 2nd respondent from the writ petitioner management and the writ petitioner has agreed to pay the above settled amount within one month from this date. The 2nd respondent shall not make any other claim including reinstatement at the writ petitioner management.

4. In view of the compromise arrived at between both parties the Lok Adalat hereby declare and decree that the writ petitioner management shall pay a sum of Rs.1,40,000/- to the 2nd respondent herein towards full quit of his claim against the management on or before 19.01.2018. The 2nd respondent shall not make any other claim including reinstatement at the writ petitioner management. No order as to costs. Award is passed accordingly.

Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
