The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the District Munsif Court, Vellore, Vellore District to number the suit in OS.SR.No.8556 of 2017 and take the same on the file.

ORDER

According to the revision petitioner, a plaint in OS.SR.No.8556 of 2017 has been presented by the revision petitioner on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vellore, Vellore District. The

same has been returned by the court below pointing out some defects in the plaint. The same was also re-presented by the revision petitioner and fourth time it was returned by stating that the locus standi of the revision petitioner to file the suit. Therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed before this Court.

2. In view of the above facts, the revision petitioner is permitted to re-present the plaint duly explained the defects as pointed by the court below within the period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. On receipt of the said pliant of the defects, the court below has to verify, if it is satisfied and the same is in order and number the suit.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs. The Registry is directed to return the original certified copy to the learned counsel for the revision petitioner after obtaining a copy of the same.
