The present application has been filed to list the O.P.No.759 of 2016 to grant extension of time to record the evidence by Main Master. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Without entering upon the merits or the various allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and considering the fact that there has been a delay on the part of the Registry in listing the matter before the respective Court for recording of evidence, there shall be a direction to the Registry to list the original petition for further examination before the learned Master on 04.06.2025.

3. The learned Master shall endeavour to complete the recording of evidence on the side of the respondent by 15.07.2025.
