The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 07.5.2015 and pass orders, within a stipulated time.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he gave a representation to the respondents on 07.5.2015 pointing out the irregularities committed by the Secretary and President of the Village Panchayat. However, according to the petitioner, the first respondent has not considered the same.

3. Mr.R.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondent, submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 7.5.2015, within a stipulated time.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.5.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. However,

there shall be no order as to costs.
