ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to not issue plan-cum-house completion certificate in respect of the house site construction of the fourth respondent sanctioned under the Beneficiary Led Construction (BLC) scheme at Plot No.4, Kundrathur Vilage and Taluk, Kanchipuram District.

2. It is seen that the petitioner submitted a representation requesting not to issue planning permission to the fourth respondent. Similarly, he has also requested not to issue any completion certificate. It is known fact that only after the planning permission, building is to be constructed and after completion of the same, completion certificate will be issued by the authorities. While being so, the prayer of the petitioner to direct the respondents not to issue both, namely, planning permission 2/4

and completion certificate, cannot be considered. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as devoid of any merit. No Costs. WMP.No.11515 of 2021 is closed.
