This Application is filed to grant leave to take on record and mark in evidence the following documents (i) Bank Statements of the Applicant/Plaintiff (2) Petition seeking divorce of the marriage between the plaintiff and the defendant.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the applicant herein that the defendant has been set exparte on 11.02.2021. Thereafter, the matter was posted before the learned Master for recording evidence. Before the commencement of trial, the learned counsel has come up with this Application to grant permission to record evidence regarding two documents set out in this Application. 3.In view of the defendant being set exparte and in order to expedite the progress of the evidence being taken before the learned Master, this Application is allowed and the permission is granted for marking of documents.
